Mrs. Verald Boseman's Bullet's
Most people consider holidays a happy or cheerful time of year. But this time of year can be sad or stressful for many people. You are probably asking yourself, what makes people have these feelings? This could be because a loved one has been lost, cannot afford gifts for family members, or is trying to meet the expectations of getting everything done in a timely manner. If you are feeling Holiday stress coming on stop and take a deep breath and remember these key things.
Everything does not have to be perfect
Don’t isolate yourself from others
Remember that this time of year is not just about material gifts
Set realistic resolutions
What do you think about adding this at the end?
Friendly Reminder:
I know everyone is counting down the days until Christmas Break! We will be out for two weeks, and students will become accustomed to being home with family. When it gets closer to returning to school, let’s remind our students of the school expectations, and we should start talking to our little ones who may have difficulty transitioning from home to school.
